REV. FR. ALEXIUS MAGTIBAY, OSJ
Provincial Superior


Born in Ibaan, Batangas. He is a religious of 34 years. He was ordained priest on January 23, 1995. After finishing Theology in 1994, he was assigned as House Economo of the OSJ House of Theology in Biñan, Laguna. After his ordination, he was assigned as Assistant Pastor and Economo of Santuario de San Jose Parish, Greenhills East, Mandaluyong City. In 1998, he was assigned as Parochial Vicar and Economo of the Most Holy Rosary Parish, Padre Garcia, Batangas. He later became its Parish Priest from 2000 to 2001. In 2001 to 2004, he was assigned as Parish Priest of the Blessed Sacrament Parish, South City Homes, Biñan, Laguna. In 2004, he was elected as Third Provincial Councilor and was appointed as Provincial Economo and as Rector of Marello Retreat House community which at that time also housed the Junior Professed studying theology at the Divine Word Seminary-Tagaytay. In 2005, he was appointed as Rector of the Oblates of St. Joseph College Seminary, Lipa City. In 2006, he was elected as a Chapter delegate to the XV General Chapter held in Paestum, Italy. In 2010, he was first assigned as Parochial Vicar and Economo of L‘Annunziata Parish, Muntinlupa City and then was transferred to the missionary frontier in Puerto Princesa, Palawan at Santuario de San Jose Marello. From 2011 to 2013, he was designated as Parochial Vicar and Economo of San Juan Nepomuceno Parish, San Juan, Batangas. During these years, he also served as School Treasuer of Joseph Marello Institute, San Juan, Batangas. From 2013 to 2019, he was appointed as Rector and Parish Priest of Santuario de San Jose Parish, Greenhills East, Mandaluyong City. From 2019 to 2022, he was appointed as Rector and Parish Priest of Christ the King Parish, Holiday Hills Village, Brgy. GSIS, San Pedro, Laguna. From 2022 to his nomination as Provincial Superior, he was appointed as Rector and Parish Priest of San Juan Nepomuceno Parish, San Juan, Batangas.





Rev. Fr. Faiq Edmerson Quinto, OSJ
Vicar Superior / First Provincial Councilor


Born in Rosario, Batangas. He is a religios for 17 years. He was ordained on June 29, 2013 at the Archdiocesan Shrine of St. Joseph. He was first assigned as Prefect of Discipline of the Oblates of St. Joseph Minor Seminary, San Jose, Batangas. After serving two terms in the same assignment, he was appointed in 2019 as Rector of the Oblates of St. Joseph College Seminary in Lipa City, Batangas. He was also the dean of studies of the Oblates of St. Joseph College of Philosophy. He has earned a doctoral decree in Philosophy from De La Salle Manila. He was elected as a delegate to the XVIII General Chapter held at the OSJ Generalizia, Rome, Italy. Prior to his election as Vicar Provincial, he was serving the Province as Second Provincial Councilor and as Provincial Economo.

REV. FR. EDWIN TOLENTINO, OSJ
Second Provincial Councilor


Born in Pdre Garcia, Batangas. He is a religious of 27 years and was ordained priest on August 23, 2003. He started out in the OSJ Minor Seminary from 2002 to 2010, first as Prefect of Discipline, then as Rector. He was sent to Rome to study a diploma course on Formation of Seminary Formators Towards the Priesthood at the Pontifical Gregorian University from 2010 to 2011, graduating magna cum laude. This proved to be of enormous use for the Congregation in the years that followed. In 2011, he became formator of the OSJ postulants just a short time before being assigned to the St. Joseph Marello Novitiate House as assistant novice master. Eventually, he became the novice master until 2019. In 2019, he was elected as Vicar Provincial. He was then assigned as Rector and Parish Priest of St. Joseph the Patriarch, San Jose, Batangas. In 2022, he was appointed as Rector and Parish Priest of Santuario de San Jose, Parish, Greenhills East, Mandaluyong City. He was also given the task as Spiritual Director of the Men of St. Joseph-Philippines.

REV. FR. ARNOLD ROSAL, OSJ
Third Provincial Councilor


Born in Quezon City and grew up in Leon, Iloilo. He is a religious of 21 years. He was ordained to the priesthood on May 14, 2008. His first assigment was as Parochial Vicar of Holy Family Parish, Alupay, Rosario, Batangas. Then he was assigned as Prefect of Discipline at the Oblates of St. Joseph College Seminary, Lipa City. In 2016, he was appointed as Parish Priest of Sto. Niño Parish in Brgy. Alas-asin, Mariveles, Bataan. He was appointed as Rector and Parish Priest of St. James the Greater Parish, Ibaan, Batangas and served as the Vicar Forane of the Vicariate X of the Archdiocese of Lipa. In 2022, he was elected as Vicar Provincial of the Province. Later on, he was appointed as Rector and Parish Priest of the Most Holy Rosary Parish, Padre Garcia, Batangas. He is also the Vicar Forane of the Vicariate IX and Vicar for the Religious of the Archdiocese.

Rev. Fr. Eduardo Carandang, OSJ
Fourth Provincial Councilor


Born in San Jose, Batangas. He is a religious of 33 years and was ordained priest on February 10, 1996. In his three consecutive assignments, he was assigned as the Economo of the OSJ Minor Seminary (1996-2000), of the OSJ College Seminary (2000-2004), and, of the Most Holy Rosary Parish (2004-2007). He was also the school treasurer of Holy Family Academy from 2004 to 2007. From Padre Garcia, he became the parish priest of Sto. Niño Parish in Mariveles, Bataan for three years. Then he was assigned as Rector and Parish Priest of the Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of St. Joseph the Patriarch, San Jose, Batangas until 2013. From 2013 to 2019, he was appointed Rector of the OSJ College Seminary, Lipa City. In 2016, he assumed the office of the Vicar Provincial. Then in 2019, he was elected Second Provincial Councilor and was assigned as Provincial Economo and the Rector of the Marello Retreat House, Tagaytay City. In 2023, he was appointed Rector and Parish Priest of St. Anthony de Padua Parish, Inarawan, Antipolo City.
