Leader: O Saint Joseph Marello, as a young man full of goodness and endowed with intelligence, passionately in love with culture and involved in civil tasks, you have found a perfect model in Christ and you consecrated yourself to him in the priesthood.
People: Obtain for us the grace “to serve the interests of Jesus” in imitation of Saint Joseph as you did, drawn by his example of humble service nourished with deep interior life.
Leader: Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is heaven.
People: Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation. But deliver us from evil.
Leader: Hail Mary, full of grace the Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.
People: Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Leader: Glory to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.
