APOSTOLIC WORK AND PRAYER
01
Let us all work, let us keep working in the manner
and with the intensity that God wants. Surely He
knows how to make use of our work to achieve
His designs. (Letters 22)
02
Work, keep on working for the welfare of youth. Even the
little we do is something, and the prevention of evil in
these times is already a great good. (Letters 28)
03
Poor youth, too sadly neglected and left to yourselves!
Poor rising generation, too much abandoned to your
own devices, too often condemned or at least harshly
judged for your frivolity and your misguided generosity, for your
wrongly developed need for action, for your misguided affections
that cause you to tum away from the right path through no fault
of your own! Poor youth! Let us pray and pray especially for
them. (Letters 29)
04
Different positions mean different opportunities to do
good, different ways to pile up merits. (Letters 22)
05
There is neither time nor place where one cannot do
something worthwhile. Every word, every step, every
(Letters 76) desire can be the raw material for the interests of Jesus.
06
A good word is worth a treasure, and the Lord never
leaves unrewarded the smallest action performed for His
glory on behalf of our neighbor. (Letters 28)
