Province elects new councilors

On February 18, 2016, the perpetually professed members of the OSJ Philippine Province elected five confreres to comprise the new provincial council who will serve with the Provincial Superior, Rev. Fr. Noel B. Magtaas, OSJ, until 2019.

Rev. Fr. Jayson Endaya, OSJ was elected as first councilor who will also serve as vicar provincial superior. Rev. Fr. Eduardo Carandang, OSJ, Rev. Fr. Jorge de Chavez, Jr. OSJ and Rev. Fr. Carlito Argente, OSJ were elected as second, third and fourth councilors respectively.

The said election was held at Casa Marello, San Jose which took more than five hours to finish.
